I saw the post sometimes ago while iwas looking for ahelp with the same issue, just gogle autoloader and download autoloader for your blackberry 10 device. Mine is z10, so i downloaded this version on my computer Z10_10.3.02.2876_STL100-2-3 (you can google it), unzip it and instal on my pc.

I connected my z10 through usb cord and it auto load a new Operating System on my phone and its been working well since then.

To Resolving this Issue-

  1. Connect your BB10 Device to Laptop/Computer.
  2. Open Blackberry Link (Software preinstalled) & Login to your Blackberry Account.
  3. Click on ‘Reload’ button.

# This will reload your BB10 Device OS by downloading & installing update for OS.

  1. You can disconnect only after prompted to disconnect the device.
  2. That's all.

please donwload autoloader when the donwload it done open it and connect your phone to the computer you gona have a green light and wait for 25 munites.
