@gigabit87898 that will be entirely up to you. I prefer mouser.com or digikey.com for components (no I do not work for any of these companies nor is there any benefit to me for recommending) . Both companies ship pretty quick but charge and arm and a leg for shipping. The other thing I do, is to purchase old logicboard so I can harvest parts as needed later on. It will take a bit of time to create a decent collection of parts and always buy more than you think you'll need. Remember, these components are pretty small, so make sure you keep some sort of system that identifies what components those are.

Interesting, I find that Digi-Key doesn't charge that much for shipping. Then again, I'm used to paying close to $70CAD to order stuff from iFixit :>( . Digi-Key only charges me $8CAD to ship and it's overnight even if I order late in the day.

The best bet is to look at various schematics and identify what components tend to fail a lot. That way you group an initial order and when you divide the shipping cost by dozens, if not hundreds, of individual components it really doesn't have much of a financial impact.

Look at filtering capacitors (56pF / 0.01MF / 10MF) and all the ferrite beads used to filter backlights. The more obscur stuff you can source from donor boards as @oldturkey03 says.
