My washing machine is not draining
I get a d5 code. Water is not draining.

@dawndefreece, Dawn, If all other functions seem to work, make sure drain hose is not kinked, check plugs/wires for good connection/corrosion. Probable either washer has something clogging the pump/hose and preventing it from draining or defective drain pump. You will have to find a way to remove water/bail/wet shopvack, to do the next step. Remove hoses and pump and check for blockage, debri,etc. remove if found and try machine, if no blockage replace pump. link below will show removal of pump. Good luck.
