@taurus945 your comment The television will not turn on, power light blinks 10 times (red) was converted to a question. I take it that you are referring to the 10 Blink error code. Your model is different than the question you commented on. On this forum we like to try to answer individual questions. The 10 Blink errorcode is related to the A-board and check the voltages as outlined in the image for the LED Blinking chart
