Left Ear is much quieter than right

My pair of Turtle Beach Ear Force XO Four's have a problem with the left speaker. It is much quieter than the speaker on the right. It still has sound, but it is very quiet.

The speaker is still securely glued in, and has not come loose. I suspect its the voice coil.

Any thoughts?
