Hi Marg,

You have to change your settings on Fitbit's website:

-Log in to your fitbit.com dashboard and click the gear icon in the top right corner.

-Click Settings.

-Scroll to the bottom of the Personal Info page and modify your timezone.

-After saving your changes, force sync your tracker: Click the Fitbit Connect icon located near the date and time on your computer. Click Sync Now.

i went to the app on my phone,went to advance settings ,turned of auto time zone ,selected my time zone ,ie Melbourne ,went out of settings to dashboard tap the blaze clock top right corner then tap sync now and all fixed

Hey guys. To fix your time zone:

1. Go to Account -> Advanced Settings

2. Turn off automatic time zone

3. Select random time zone

4. Sync

5. Go back to Account -> Advanced Settings

6. Select your correct time zone

7. Sync

My ap is still searching for the Fitbit. It found it, then said to put in the number displayed on my app. I did that and it’s still searching. It’s been 15 min. The Fitbit doesn’t sync to my phone. It hasn’t worked since the first week. So I can’t track anything but the rest still works. So how do I get my time corrected on my Fitbit?

Hi All

I went to the app on my phone,went to advance settings ,turned off auto time zone ,selected my time zone ,ie Melbourne ,went out of settings to dashboard tap the blaze clock top right corner then tap sync now and all fixed

You have to turn off auto time zone on phone, select a city with your correct time zone, then, on phone, tap the Fitbit icon, then turn on auto time zone and select a city with your time zone.

Tried and tried time keeps revert back to Los Angeles given up

Go on to your account profile and view personal go into location and make sure it’s on then save it sorted out both my surge and ionic times are correct now

App Settings.

Turn off the Automatic time zone option. Tap Select time zone and choose the correct time zone. Sync your Fitbit device.
