PS4 starts and turns back off

One day I was done playing on my PS4 so I turned it all the way off. The next time I tried to turn it back on the light came on for a second and it beeped and went back off and when I tried again it didn't do anything so I unplugged it and plugged it back it and it beeped and lit up but turned right back off and It wouldn't do it again (I have to unplug it and plug it back it for it to turn on for a sec)

In your case with these symptoms it's usually the power supply that's causing the problem.
