How to reset to factory setting?

How do I reset my netbook to its factory settings? I want to remove all my files and personal settings in the laptop to have it "empty" like when I first got it.

Before factory resetting your device it is suggested that you back up any important files or data.

Assuming that your netbook is running windows 7, which comes preinstalled on this device, your first step would be to click on the Start menu, and then click on the All Programs tab. Click on the Acer folder and proceed to Acer eRecovery Management. Select yes when the confirmation screen appears, then select Start. To confirm the factory restore click OK. Your netbook will then restart. After the netbook finishes restarting a notice will appear, click Next to proceed. A final confirmation screen will appear, you will then click Next and then OK. Your netbook will then proceed to restore the system. When it is finished a last confirmation screen will appear, click OK.
