Background and Identification ¶

The Acer Aspire One 532h-2527 was a netbook in Acer’s Aspire One line, which was initially released in July 1, 2008. The 532h model was first released in October 2009. The 532h came in two varieties of hard drive sizes; one with 160GB and the other with 250GB. It comes with Windows 7 preinstalled, with 1GB RAM, 5600-mAh battery, and a 0.3 Megapixel webcam. In January 2013 Acer discontinued the Aspire One netbook line due to a declining demand for netbooks.

The Aspire One’s design is easy to distinguish from other Acer notebooks. It’s small 10.1” netbook frame and glossy gradient skin makes this model easily identifiable. Your netbook's specific model number and series type can be found on the sticker on the underside of the device.
