Need to know what OS is compatible with an iMac Intel Core 2 Duo – 2.16 GHz with 2 GB Ram. I have never owned or used a MAC computer. I have always used a PC running some version of Windows. I am also so curious why it seems that Mac's use such low Ram? ~ Thank you!

I really don't know your exact machine (the Axxx and EMC # are on the bottom of he stand if you would like me to be more exact.
The machines with that processor came out in 2006.
I'll pick the 17" and give the stats on that one.
