WiFi and bluetooth not available

Hello! i have an iphone 5s on 9.3.2 jailbroken and the previous night while the phone was charging it restarted, it went on normal mode and now the wifi and buetooth are grey and i cant rejailbreak it again with PP. When i try to rejailbreak it from the phone app, i tick the box under the circle and then i press the circle and then the power off button but when the screen turns off the phone reboots instead of showing the jailbreak message "storage is full".When im tryng to rejailbreak it from the pc i cant install profile because there is no connectivity. Can anyone help? i dont wanna restore it bcz ill loose all my cydia tweaks.
