Hi everyone
Recently, my PS4's power cable has been falling out for no reason, even with the normal vibrations of the console. I'm pretty sure it used to be a snug fit but now even if I just touch it it falls out. Do you think it's just a faulty cable, or could the actual power port inside the console have moved? I tried slowly pushing the cable in but it won't go past a certain point and never fits securely.

There's no way to know for sure without seeing it in person. You may be able to shine a flashlight in where the power plug goes and see if anything looks amiss. You also may want to just go buy a new power cable first. It's a lot cheaper and hopefully that would fix your problem. If that didn't fix it then you may need a new power supply (or yours could possibly be repaired).

I've had a PS4 since launch and have always had the same issue with an incredibly loose power cable, which would just casually drop out if I slightly move my ps4. I've only just realised you really need to push the cable in with some force and it will fit much more snug and will not just drop out. Bad cable design imo, most cables don't require that amount of force to connect properly so I didn't think this would.
What happens when i pull it up and it wont come on and i had it fix
My power cable is the same and I'm getting my room done at the moment so I'm worried of moving it in case it doesn't turn back on

Well i sent mines to be fix and now it my cord to it ugh
I had. Sent my ps4 to be fix and. Now its the power cord in the back of the ps4 this is crazy what to do someone need to tell me something
