Strange behaviour after replacing battery
I replaced a bad battery on my iPhone 6. The process went fine, and when finished the phone came on with nearly a full charge. However,
(1) the phone won't charge.
(2) plugging in a lightning cable usually does not cause the phone to charge, but bending the plug a little in the socket will cause the charge indicator to come on.
(3) even when the charge indicator is on, the new battery does not charge.
I'm wondering whether a bad battery may cause these symptoms. I would think it could be a problem with the lightning connector, but the fact that the battery doesn't charge even when it says it should be charging is strange.
Anyone run into this before?
Is this a good question?
