How to get a DVD ejected?
I failed to eject the DVD when asked and now can get the option offered again, nor will It allow me to play the DVD again.

Restart and hold the mouse button down. This is the easiest, there are several other fixes if this fails. It may be that you will have to get into it, in that case please give us the EMC number from the bottom of your stand so we can get you to the correct guide.
