Help with Kenmore Washer Model # - Missing Model/Serial # Sticker

I was given this washer secondhand for free and the sticker for the model # had been removed.

I think the lid switch has failed since the last cycle kept stopping during the spin cycle and only finished once I slammed the lid a few times. I've looked and looked online and can't find a washer than looks like mine.

Can anyone help me with the model #? Also wouldn't turn down any advice on lid switch replacement. Can an average Jane do it?
