iPod Touch 5th Generation

So the problem with my iPod is that it won't charge like for example ur battery is at 20% it would stay there it won't charge at all I don't know if it is my charger or its my iPod

Hi,

Without knowing more details about your ipod (if you dropped it, spilled water on it, bent the charging port etc), these are my suggestions:

The first thing to try would be a different charger and a different outlet, to ensure that those are not the culprits.

Batteries do have a limited life span; after a certain number of charges (~2000) they will start to fail until they eventually can't hold a charge anymore. You could be due for a battery replacement. This guide, up through step 16, outlines how to do this.

I think you should check your charger on another apple device to see if it charges that and if it doesn't its not your ipod its your charger
