Try a factory reset. If that doesn't work, use this guide. Even though it is for a 4S, it will still work for a 5c.

How am i supposed to though? it wont take the password cause it wont connect to the internet
Restore it thru iTunes
but it wants find my iphone turned off. how do i do that not through the phone?
Turn the phone off. Plug the phone into a computer and immediately press the home button. You should get a screen that looks like a iTunes logo with a charger icon. You should get a notification on iTunes on your PC that says this iPhone needs to be restored. Restore it and wait for the files to download. Let it restore.

Any wifi and bluetooth greyed out can not be solved by replacing the Wi-Fi antenna cable or the antenna itself. The Wi-Fi ic chip needs to be replaced professionally. Correct me if I'm wrong or a restore of the iPhone if you are lucky.
