How do I replace plasic cover to hinge?

I broke the black plastic cover that goes over the hinge thats connected to the bottom of my screen... How would i fix this?? Or where do i need to go to get it repaired??

lwalton1990 download the maintenance manual from here Check the LCD repalcementetc., and see if your hinge covers etc. are there
