Data Recovery from iPad 2 logic board

The original logic board was separated from the communication board due to damage to the flex connector. I successfully repaired the iPad by replacing the logic board. Is it possible to recover or extract the data from the original board?

No. The data is encrypted by the CPU, no boot, no data.
