Remove dirt stuck inside top screen

Out of nowhere, dirt appeared under my top screen. Usually it wouldn't bother me but it is super noticeable (see pictures).

I'm wondering if there's a way to get the dirt out without sending it in to Nintendo (don't want to spend $85+ for something this small).
