3G and 4G Problem

My LG G3 stucks to 2g only

when changing to 3g only the network signals disappear

Hi,

Has the phone worked before on 3G signals? Have you tried your SIM card in another compatible phone and see if 3G works? Have you tried another known working compatible 3G SIM card in your phone?

Yes Sim has worked on another 3g compatible phone and it was working perfectly
