Professional software to backup customers iDevices?

Hi all,

I'd like to know if it exist a reliable professional software alternative to iTunes to perform complete backup of customers iDevice because 99% of times my customers haven't backed up their smartphones in a while and they asks me to arrange it for them.

The problem is that, many times, their smartphones are already on limit autorization per computers and I'm not able to backup through iTunes, also, many times I can't transfer purchased apps because I can't write down their Apple ID and passwords because of privacy (only a few customers gave me that info by signing a paper with the authorization).
