there is a charging bolt but phone not charging

Hi

I have repaired yesterday my power button on my iphone 4s and it worked good but my phone doesn't charge anymore. When I plug it in I see the charging symbol but the percentage doesn't increase. The charger and cable are perfectly fine.

when i repaired it I found a little part that I didn't know where it should go so I thought maybe it's because of it.

The problem is I don't have it anymore, I don't know Where i put it and I am not sure if it is the real cause.

Are you saying that the phone is stuck on 0% or a certain %? Can you actually turn the phone right now?

Or is it showing the low battery symbol. If yes does it show with the charging bolt and cable at the bottom or the charging symbol without it?

Hi ,

Currently .. The little black and gold piece that you lost is not responsible for this kind of subjects , try an other charger .. Cheak the battery .. Check the charging flat connecter and the battery connecter , if all those didn't make changes then the problem is with the charging ic , and you need to visit a service center
