Hope u can help with this problem. the lg3 turns on but screen is non responsive. I also get a message saying system process is not responding. Battery is ok. ph is approx 16 mo old (just past warrenty)! I have tried taking battery and sim card out. Also in conjunction with battery removal i have tried turning it on by pressing the vol dwn together with the pwr button (takes a picture). i have also done the same procdure using the vol up buttion. Roger

ps. no battery or water damage, no scratches, no broken glass, no drops.

After asking this question I drilled down more on the LG site, eventually getting into an online chat with their support dept for mobile phones. Result is that LG agreed to fix the ph at no cost even though ph is 4 mo beyond the warranty timeframe. Phone is now in the mail to an LG service centre and I am advised the turnaround time is approx 7 -10 days. In short, the LG response in this instance is much appreciated.

After asking this question I drilled down more on the LG site, eventually getting into an online chat with their support dept for mobile phones. Result is that LG agreed to fix the ph at no cost even though ph is 4 mo beyond the warranty timeframe. Phone is now in the mail to an LG service centre and I am advised the turnaround time is approx 7 -10 days. In short, the LG response in this instance is much appreciated. — Roger Bates
