Who do I access my iPhone 5s' photo gallery with a pc?

My iphone's screen digitizer is broken and i can't tap on the trust button when i connect it to a pc. Is there any way to access the iphone's photo gallery without hitting trust?

Options

No. If you don't hit it, the phone will not decrypt the file system to allow connection. It is not possible.
