Wifi and Bluetooth Intermittnet

MY NOTE 3 suddenly has intermittent wifi on and off problems (mostly off) Bluetooth is also intermittent but seems to activate more than wifi. Sometimes the Wifi "on " button is grayed out. I cannot seem to predict when the wifi will turn on. Very erratic. I have factory resetted and still same behavior. Thanks
