My factor radio was changed out, now my car won't start, my Windows don't work, and my back speakers don't play

Sounds like you've blown a fuse or maybe more than 1! Check the fuse box. This may be of help http://www.autogenius.info/ford-mustang-...
The radio fuse is #27

@jessicasaje2016 that's a lot of errors after an install. Who installed it? Any wires gotten cut to install it? How did it get installed? What have you checked? When you say it does not start, does it crank over just does not start? What exactly does it do? The windows could be a bad fuse but not the speakers. We would need a bunch of more details before coming up with a possible fix for this.
