Really weird screen issues

So I have a weird one for you. My S4 turned itself off out of nowhere the other day and when I powered it back on, all the writing was in pink. At first I thought it was pretty cool then come to find out, I can't use my screen. It will not respond to touch at all so I then tried to do a hard reset and the phone just showed multiple white lines moving down my screen. It will not let me hard reset at all and I just want to be able to use my phone again. The reason I said this is a weird one is because I have never heard of nor seen anything like this before. Please help.
