motherboard take 9 volts but need 5 volts

smps power 5volts but motherboard show 9 volts,but smps has no problem

What is the make and model number of the SMPS?

Why do you want to do this and what is wrong with using an ATX PSU which is designed to be connected to most PC motherboards. You can't connect directly to a CPU
