How can I fix my iPhone 4s?
I stuck in iTunes when I was updating 9.3.2 then when I connected it on PC I Click Restore Iphone then I saw this, Downloading Iphone Software Update.

Restore wipes all data on the phone. Did you try Update first? And if you can't update I'm afraid you will most likely have to do the restore option and wait for the system firmware / software to download and install.
