My dog chewed my fitbit

My dog chewed my Fitbit and now the screen is broken. The Fitbit still works, it connects to the app and gives me all the information.

What do I do? I don't have my receipt.

I can't find any info on Fitbit selling any parts. A receipt is not needed as this certainly won't be covered under a warranty. eBay might be your only option.
