Flash Memory in iPhone 6s

My iphone 6s has a 16gb memory chip and I have read articles of people in china able to pull out the memory card and replacing it with a different kind of NAND memory. Does anyone know what certain chip this refers to? I have been looking into replacing my 16gb to a 128gb memory. any information would be helpful thank you.
