j'ai acheter un nouveau batterie et il fonctionne bien mais après 1 jour j'ai déposer mon portable pour charger mais j'ai surpris que ne fonctionne pas
aider moi svp

@emilly I'm not sure if we're dealing with a phone or laptop but it sounds like were dealing with the same answer. you need to check you battery charger or charging cord as they are probably not recharging the battery if there ok then it could be the charging port. check it for dirt if none is present then see if its loose. Galaxy 4 is easy to replace

@emilly Je ne sais pas si nous avons affaire à un téléphone ou un ordinateur portable, mais il sonne comme on traite avec la même réponse. vous devez vous vérifier chargeur batterie ou cordon de charge car ils sont sans doute pas à recharger la batterie si ok alors il pourrait être le port de charge. vérifier pour la saleté si aucun est présent, alors voir si son lâche. Galaxy 4 est facile à remplacer
