DIY SSD upgrade with dual drives

iMac Intel 27" Model 12.2 3.4Ghz i7 mid 2011

I have a internal 64Gb SSD & 2TB HDD. The HDD is the primary drive. I wanted to increase the SSD size to 1TB and make it primary. Could someone explain the best way to do this?

So do I need a:

Silverstone 2.5 inch to 3.5 inch Drive Bracket or NewerTechnology 2.5 - 3.5-Inch Adapter Drive

+ Apricorn SATA Wire USB 3.0 Data Transfer Kit

Also i have been advised to get :OWC Complete Hard Drive Upgrade Kit for all iMac 2011 Models (tools included)

For Apple iMac (Intel) (iMac12,2) Mid 2011 27-inch i5/i7

What is the difference between this and the dual drive kit. I will be leaving the 2tb HDD and replacing the 64SSD with Samsung 1tb Pro SSD.

Thanks
