Hello, has anyone torn down a game controller and repaired it?
when i plug it into power, it shows a green light, assuming the battery is fully charged.
my 2 year old poured water all over the unit... i put it in a bag of rice over night and next day next it to bake in 40 degree heat in front of a window!
anyone?

Hi,
Rice does absolutely nothing, it's a myth, if anything that has wasted precious time.
Unfortunately I've never taken apart an nvidia shield, but I do know how to clean up liquid damaged logic boards.
The DIY route, is to dissassemble it, and then get a tooth brush with 99.9% isopropyl alcohol and clean down the logic board.
The more professional way is to take it to a shop that uses ultrasonic cleaning to clean up liquid damage. :-)
