wont turn on after logic board swap

I took the logic board from a busted iPhone 5s (same carrier) and put it in my other 5s that is blacklisted. after reassembly it no longer powers on.

I have since then put the old logic board back into the phone , but the no power issue remains

Options

Check your connections. Make sure everything is plugged in properly. What happens when you plug it into a charger?

I unplugged the battery connection held down the power button and reconnected the battery and plug it into the charger

After a couple minutes it made noise like it was turning on but just play was still blank

Sounds like the phones on, but the display isn't. You likely haven't connected the display properly, or broke something doing your repair
