my phone smashed on floor and had a bunch of cracks on screen, touch is working , 3D touch is also working, i just want to replace upper glass. is it possible? should i use iphone 6 glass on my iphone 6s?

It is possible but very difficult, way more difficult than any other repairs on this website.
And you should not use parts from other models, ever.

apple service center costs $237 as per indian currency, taxes extra
That's whole device replacement, just the display assembly should be around $100-120 or so
Replace just the glass is very difficult.. You can easily replace glass and display together on your own
