No sound or anything in calls but everything else works perfectly.

As the title says, everything with the phone works perfectly and passed all my tests.

When making a call it just doesn't have any sound, the microphones and everything are just completely disabled

Any ideas?

What about skype/whatsapp calls?

Also what about if you try voice record? Any sound through there? If there is then we at least know the bottom microphone which is on the charging dock assembly isn't faulty.

Everything works, all the microphones all the speakers, everything

I figured out the baseband IC is faulty and is not repairable.

Your will probably need to change your handset (it's the part of your phone that transmits sound during a call — you place it on your ear). A sure way to find out if it's a handset problem is by using earphones and check if you can hear a tone while dialing, or the voice of the person who gets the call. If you can, then that you need to change your handset.
