My siri is irresponsive its not working on speaker but working fine on ear pod or headphone. There no software issue only issue is with the hardware tell me the solution it would me a great help

If you can access the web or email over LTE or even via WiFi I think the issues is more likely a bad microphone.

Change either proxy sensor or charging port
Both have a mic on the part

Can you do a quick phone call and test the microphone on earpiece (normal mode) and loudspeaker (speaker mode)?
If the microphone works on loud speaker and the normal speaker doesn't then the microphone with the charging port is faulty.
If the microphone works without loudspeaker (speaker mode) activated and the microphone doesn't work when loudspeaker is on then the top microphone is faulty.

No microphone is working all fine there is no issue with that still my siri is not working on speaker

Apple was having issues the other day with their services. Siri was not very responsive for many. When I have problems with Apples services I always check this web site: Apple Services, Stores, and iCloud. You can also get a few days back as well.
