@Naveen Jain - We don't email people and posting ones email address in an open forum like this is not a smart thing to do either.

Can you tell us what you updated. Did you put in a new drive? And what OS are you putting on and how.

Hello Naveen,

for let us to help you, you should provide us some more information.

1): Which Mac Os X release are you trying to install?

2) Have you downloaded from the App Store?

3) Are you trying to attempt a clean install (have you formatted your drive) or an update?

4) If you are doing a fresh install I guess you are using a usb key to do it, have you use some utility like DISK MAKER X? Or What?

Few weeks ago apple have messed up the OS X installation files so myself also have to download again Yosemite and El Capitan, maybe your installation file could be the mentioned wrong one, try to download it now again.

If the Os X Installation file is ok, the other problem could be the HARD DRIVE...

Do you have a the 4200 rpm data drive or ssd one?

Especially if you have the old data drive it could be damaged and could be time to replace it..

Let US know..
