Why is my furby boom not working?

My furby boom hit a wall when it was thrown up in to the air by a friend. Since then it won't turn on we have tried new batteries but still nothing! We have reset it too and it's not doing anything!

Any suggestions ?? Thanks!

I have bids in to buy four broken ones so I can do a tear down and repair guides this summer.

I won four Furbys on eBay last night all broken. Give me a few weeks to get them in and building repair guides.

Any update? If changing the batteries didn't fix the issue, I would suggest taking apart what you can to see if a connector got jarred loose from the impact. This may be tough as the cords could lead up inside the furby to parts that are not accessible without destroying the little guy. I hope you can get to the bottom of it!
