My back or menu button is not responding after changing changing port

hello

i replaced my charging port on my samsung galaxy s4

and all of a sudden the back and menu button do not work at all

Answer this question I have this problem too

The charger port ribbon cable / dock connector assembly has a area where you can connect the home button. Make sure it is plugged in and that the home button cable isn't torn or damaged in any way.

If it is physically damaged then you will need to basically separate the glass (which I will only let someone very experienced do it for me) and replace the home button or buy a new LCD which comes with the home button.

Otherwise charger port assembly is faulty and needs to be replaced with one that isn't faulty.

It's a rare issue for new charger ports as I have tested brand new ones before. So you probably got a defective charger port.

check your Menu button cable connect your charging port yes/no.....

if connected you need change agin charging port.... hope you solved ....
