iPhone shut off after apple logo

hello

i have iphone 4s and when i turn on my iphone it shows apple logo for 10 seconds then shut off. i have try to change the battery and restore it but still the same thing

so i have open the phone and i have noticed that something missing on the logic board (look at the photo)

i need help if because of that the iphone is not turning on or something else

That seems consistent with what I'd expect of that IC missing. The phone goes through bootup checks just like a computer does, it sounds like its got a component failing and it kicks out the boot because of it. Replace that component and update us.

can i take it from another logic board and place it and how can i do that

Yes, you can take it from another logic board but it will need to be re-balled before placing it. Since its so small you MIGHT be able to get away without doing that. Find ipad rehab's video on replacing the tristar chips. this is similar but since its smaller and not surrounded by other components close-by it should be pretty quick and easy. (quick and easy is a relative term, this may not be a good repair for someone without solder work experience)
