Error 4005 A7 chip disconnected?

Today i dropped my iPhone and it seems not to be able to power on or charge. However when i plug it into iTunes it wants me to restore it after i try the screen gets stuck on reboot and tells me error 4005 what do i need to do to fix it please help me through this.
