I cannot hear the caller but caller hear me

I can received a call but i cannot hear others voice. unless using earphone. testing a mic at voice recorder okay. still can record and hear. using loudspeaker and earpiece cannot hear.

help please.

Options

Try restoring you iPhone using iTunes. If that doesn't work, it is probably your earpiece that needs to be replaced.
