Power button not working after replace display iPhone 5s

I have truble with power button after display replace. Other buttons as Home, Volume Control, Silent work is fine. I replaced ribbon cable for Power, Volume, Silent, but power button does not work. What is problem?

Does the button still click? Not really sure how a power button can go faulty after replacing the screen. Did you need to bend the top housing of the phone back in place to put the new screen on?

Maybe I damaged logic board, but I was careful, I don't know what happened. Part of problem resembles problem with chip U3, but all other functions as charging, and all buttons working fine, I confused.
