Model Number, iPhone number
The demo person said I could plug my model number in on the website and find out if my phone is an iPhone 3, 4, 5, etc. , but I don't see a place to do that.

Alternatively, you can input the hardware serial number here to check as well:
https://checkcoverage.apple.com/au/en/
You can find the serial number either at the back of the phone, on the sim card slot or in the phone settings itself. Usually - Settings > About iPhone / iPod / iPad / etc > Serial Number
