I dropped my phone and it is not turning on
I dropped my phone and it has a crack on it, first the screen went white, now it's black and it keeps making buzzing noises.

Try using the silent / vibrate switch to see if the phone still responds to that. Otherwise try plugging it in for charge or computer to see if the iPhone still responds.
And like Mimi said, the damaged screen may be the cause of this issue and replacing it will fix it if it is.
Batteries can go bad when a phone is dropped. Especially if glass fragments somehow get to the battery and cut it.
