Why does it keep disconnecting to xbox live

so ill play black ops 3 and everytime i try to play its really hard to find matches.when.my sign in status changes and i have to reconnect to xbox live which sometimes doesnt work

@blaze_youtube Activision is known to have server issues with Black Ops. this is most likely not your hardware issue but the server issue at the other end (Activision)
