If you can definitely rule out long screw damage try putting the phone into dfu mode, then restoring to a backup.

Plug your device into your computer/laptop

Hold the power button for three seconds

Hold the power and home button for ten seconds

Release the power button but continue to hold the home button

After about fifteen seconds your computer should alert you that it has detected a device in dfu mode

You may not be able to achieve this in the first try. It may take a few tries

All these things can cause blue screen of death. Has the phone been repaired or taken apart?

It might just as a simple as a bad lightening connector on the charging cable. That happened to me and I had the same issue on my iPhone. I was able to rotate the lightening end of the cable 180 degrees and that worked so I it charged enough till I got a new cable three days later.

So first just try a different charger and charging cable.
